Sos Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at College of Staten Island and the Graduate Center, CUNY. Prior to joining the City University of New York, Dr. Agaian was a Peter T. Flawn Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering with the University of Texas at San Antonio. His main research interests are in Computational Vision and Machine Learning, Big and Small Data Analytics, Multimodal Biometric and Digital Forensics. He has authored over 600 peer-reviewed research papers, ten books, and nineteen edited proceedings. He is listed as a co-inventor on 44 patents/disclosures. Dr. Agaian was elected IEEE Fellow, SPIE Fellow. Dr. Agaian received his M.S. degree (summa cum laude) in Mathematics and Mechanics from Yerevan State University, Armenia; his Ph.D. in Mathematics and Physics from the Steklov Institute of Mathematics, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS); and his Doctor of Engineering Sciences degree from the Institute of Control Systems, RAS.

Zhonglin He, male, born in August 1971 in Wuxue, Hubei Province, is a professor and master's supervisor, and the dean of the Computer School of Huanggang Normal University. He is Member of China Computer Society, standing director of Education Informatization and Network Security Professional Committee of Hubei Higher Education Society, and chairman of Huanggang Computer Association. He has been engaged in computer education, computer network and information security research for a long time, presided over and completed one key scientific research project and two teaching and research projects of the Provincial Department of Education, directed one national and one provincial innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students, published more than 30 papers, including more than 10 SCI, EI, ISTP searches, applied for four computer software copyrights and one utility model patent.

Yang Yue

Yang Yue

Professor, School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China.

Research field:Intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip.

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published ~300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >12,000 citations, one book, seven edited books, two book chapters, >70 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >80 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.
